Article 3 Retention and use period of personal information
"imgnom" takes necessary measures, such as destroying the information, after the purpose of collecting and using personal information is achieved or when consent to collection and provision of personal information is withdrawn, such as withdrawal of membership.
However, it may be stored in accordance with internal policies and related laws, and the specific retention and use period of personal information is as follows.
1. Personal information will be stored for up to 3 months and then destroyed in accordance with cooperation with relevant agencies in the investigation of illegal users.

Article 4 Personal information destruction procedures and methods
In principle, "imgnom" destroys personal information without delay after the purpose of collecting and using personal information has been achieved. Destruction procedures and methods are as follows.
1. Destruction procedure
① The information entered by the member for membership registration, etc. is transferred to a separate DB (in the case of paper, a separate filing cabinet) after the purpose is achieved and is subject to information protection reasons according to internal policies and other relevant laws (see retention and use period). It is stored for a certain period of time and then destroyed.
② Personal information transferred to a separate DB will not be used for any purpose other than that for which it is retained, unless required by law.
2. Method of destruction

In principle, "imgnom" does not provide members' personal information to outside parties. However, exceptions are made in the following cases.

Article 6 Entrustment of collected personal information
"imgnom' does not entrust member information to an external company without the member's consent.
If such a need arises in the future, we will notify members of the entrusted person and the details of the entrusted work and, if necessary, obtain prior consent.
Article 7 Rights of members and legal representatives and methods of exercising them
1. Members and legal representatives may view or modify their registered personal information or that of children under the age of 14 at any time, and may also request cancellation of membership.
2. To view and edit personal information of members or children under the age of 14, click ‘Change personal information’ (or ‘Edit member information’, etc.). To cancel membership (withdraw consent), click “Withdraw membership” to verify your identity. You can view, edit, or withdraw your membership directly after going through . 4. “imgnom” processes personal information that has been canceled or deleted at the request of a member or legal representative as specified in “Retention and Use Period of Personal Information Collected by “imgnom”” and may not be viewed or used for other purposes.
